Uzdeal proudly stands behind every product we sell. However, if you are not satisfied, you can receive a refund of your full purchase price.
If you purchased online from Uzdeal.com, your refund will be applied to the credit or debit card used for purchase.

At Uzdeal, your satisfaction is our first priority. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. We believe that we can work together with our customers to make every purchase a positive experience.
All shipments are carefully inspected before leaving the seller’s warehouse. But in the event you received faulty item, simply follow the instructions below.

- Provide your full name, order number, and the last four digits of the credit or debit card used for purchase
- Your refund will appear in your account in 15-20 business days
Return Terms & Conditions
- Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect.
- Any product you return must be in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
- Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. Please contact us before returning any item.
- Merchandise that has been used, marked, damaged, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- All SALE and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
- Order cannot be cancelled once it is being processed. No refunds and cancellation will be entertained.
- The returned goods are customer’s responsibility until they have reached the seller’s warehouse. Please ensure to package your returned items properly in order to avoid damages. This include the boxes, packaging, and tags. Uzdeal is not responsible for any items that are returned with damage.
